For Subscriptions: You hold the privilege to withdraw from this agreement within a 14-day span without having to provide a reason. The withdrawal duration comes to an end 14 days following the day you or a designated third party, other than the carrier, gains possession of the first product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, it's essential to communicate this decision to us (WISE meal LTD, Dzirnavu street 7, Gulbene, Latvia, LV-4401, Phone: +371 28681700) via a clear declaration (for instance, a letter through mail or an email). You have the option to utilize the provided cancellation form below, though this isn't compulsory.

In order to adhere to the cancellation period, it's adequate for your message regarding the cancellation to be sent before the termination of the cancellation period.

Outcome of Cancellation

Upon cancellation of this contract, we will repay all payments we have received from you, inclusive of delivery costs (excluding additional costs that arise if you opted for a delivery method other than the most affordable standard delivery offered by us), without any unnecessary delay, and at the latest within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to rescind this contract. We will execute the repayment using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fee for this repayment. We may hold off the repayment until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of sending back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You are required to return the goods to us (WISE meal LTD, Dzirnavu street 7, Gulbene, Latvia, LV-4401,) without any unnecessary delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you announce your withdrawal from this contract to us. The requirement is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period is over. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is a result of unnecessary handling by you.
