Delivery Options

We strive to make receiving your WISEMEAL products easy and efficient. Here’s what you need to know about our delivery options:

Free Shipping for Orders Over 99 EUR
For orders above 99 EUR, enjoy free delivery!

Delivery to DPD Parcel Lockers (Available in Select Locations)
- Available only after prepayment.
- Choose the nearest DPD parcel locker during checkout.
- A code will be sent via SMS to unlock the locker once your package arrives.
- The parcel will remain in the locker for 7 days from the time you receive the SMS. If not collected within this period, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Delivery by DPD Courier
- Free courier delivery on orders over 99 EUR.
- Once ready, the courier will contact you to schedule delivery. If delivery cannot be completed, the package will be sent to the nearest DPD Pickup parcel locker, and you will receive a code to retrieve it.
- Courier deliveries take place on working days before 17:00. You may be asked to present an ID for verification.

Delivery to EU Countries
- We offer delivery to most EU countries.
- The price is calculated at checkout based on DPD’s pricing offers for your selected country.
- Estimated delivery times and costs will be displayed during the final step of your order.

Order Processing
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days after receiving payment.
- Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days within Latvia.
- For tracked shipments, a tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Important Notes
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During promotions, delivery times may be longer due to higher order volumes.
