From Local Brand to Contract Manufacturer: WISEMEAL’s Next Move

Every milestone at WISEMEAL feels like a story worth sharing — because behind every batch, there’s not just production, but purpose, dedication, and people who care deeply about what they do. 

This summer marked a major step forward for us: our second full-scale production batch, creating and packing a client’s powder product for export. From the very first call to the moment 10 pallets were ready to ship, it took just six months — months filled with learning, problem-solving, and a lot of early mornings and late evenings.

Why This Milestone Matters

At WISEMEAL, we believe in doing things the right way — even when that means taking the longer route. Each product teaches us something new because every ingredient behaves differently. A protein blend will never act the same as a fruit powder or a fiber mix — and that’s exactly where our expertise grows.

We handle everything in-house, from ingredient sourcing and precise formulation to mixing and packaging in sachets or doypack bags, using our semi-automated equipment. This allows us to maintain high quality and flexibility for both small and growing brands.

We’re especially proud that this production milestone happened during the summer season, when our facility was running on solar energy. For us, sustainability isn’t a marketing slogan — it’s a principle we live by. We use natural energy, plant-based ingredients, and smart resource management to ensure that every step leaves as little footprint as possible.
