We offer the following order delivery options to WISE meal customers:

Order up to 50 EUR:

  1. Omniva package – 3.00 EUR;
  2. DPD Picup point (Parcel locker and Parcel Booths) – 3.00 EUR;
  3. Latvian Post – 4.00 EUR.

If the amount of your order is over 50 EUR, the delivery costs of Wise meal products will be covered by us, the service will be free of charge. Delivery conditions and time:

  1. Delivery to the Omniva parcel box is possible only if prepayment is made. When confirming the order, choose the parcel closest to you. You will receive a parcel opening code in a text message to the specified phone. The parcel will be available in the package 7 days from the moment of receiving the sms. If you do not remove the package before the end of the storage period, it will be returned to the warehouse of SIA WISE meal.
  2. Delivery to DPD Picpup points is made after prepayment of the order. When confirming the order, choose the parcel closest to you. You will receive a parcel opening code in a text message to the specified phone. The shipment is stored in the package for 7 days. If you do not remove the package before the end of the storage period, it will be returned to the warehouse of SIA WISE meal.
  3. Delivery to the Latvian post office. The ordered item will be delivered to your nearest post office. After the parcel has arrived at the post office, you will receive a notification inviting you to receive the parcel in SMS or paper format. The storage period of the shipment is one month, counting from the day of its receipt at the post office. Charges for storing parcels in the post office for more than 11 days - according to the price list of AS Latvijas pasts.

If the amount of your order is over 100 EUR, the delivery costs of Wise meal products will be covered by us, the service will be free of charge.

  1. Free delivery by courier. As soon as the shipment is ready, the courier will contact you on the indicated phone number to agree on the delivery time. If delivery is not possible, the package will be sent to the nearest Omniva or DPD Pickup parcel. You will be sent a text message with the code for opening the parcel door.

After receiving your payment, we will send the order as soon as possible, but no later than within 2 working days. It usually takes 2 to 4 working days for delivery to the parcel. If the shipping method you choose provides tracking, you will receive a tracking number and a link in your shipping confirmation email that you can use to check your tracking information.

*The courier delivers on working days until 17:00. The courier may ask to present an identity document.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be accepted on the first business day.
Orders placed during the promotion may be delayed. Especially in cases where the discount applies to all ordered goods.
