Wrong, damaged or missing product?
In the event that you have received a wrong or damaged product or found another error in your order, please contact us by phone at 28681700 or send a message to wisemeal.eu@gmail.com. We will correct this error as soon as we can, and you can be sure that you will receive the correct product at no additional cost.
Product return or exchange if the product is unused/opened.
Within 14 days, you have every right to return the ordered product back to us, if the package has not been opened yet, at your choice, we can return the money to you or exchange the product equivalent to the price you paid for the product. To return a product, contact us by sending an email to wisemeal.eu@gmail.com, stating the order number and the reason for the return. We will reply to you with confirmation that we have received your return request and send you a return form and return process number. You will have to cover all expenses related to the return of the goods and bear the risk of transportation. We can help arrange the return of the goods, which will cost no more than the cheapest delivery we can offer to your address. When we receive the shipment, we will contact you about changing the product or returning the money.
Goods purchased in the online store can be returned by the consumer* within 14 days from the moment of receiving the goods, according to paragraph 19 of the Rules of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania. However, at the same time, it should be taken into account that the eleventh part of Article 12 of the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Lithuania states: "The consumer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the product, if the product is used for a purpose other than to clarify the nature, properties and operation of the product."
Therefore, SIA WISE meal reserves the right to file a civil lawsuit against the consumer in court to recover the damages caused due to the decrease in the value, quality and safety of the product, including in cases where the product is not returned in its original packaging, traces of careless use are visible, e.g. , scratches and similar defects. In cases where it is possible to get acquainted with the product only by tearing or otherwise damaging the product's original packaging, the damage to the packaging is not taken as a basis for filing a civil claim against the consumer. In this case, we ask the consumer to keep the packaging and return it together with the product, as the serial number of the product is indicated on the packaging. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal as quickly as possible, please open the package as carefully as possible for this type of goods.
