When the Buyer registers for orders/purchases and applies to receive the Seller's commercial notifications in the gemoss.lv online store, the Buyer entrusts the Seller with his personal data and gives the Seller the right to process them in accordance with the provisions of legal acts and this Seller's privacy policy (hereinafter - Privacy Policy), as well as in accordance to the terms of use of the online store wisemeal.eu (hereinafter - the Website) (hereinafter - the Terms).

The Seller respects the Buyer's privacy and undertakes to protect it in accordance with the Privacy Policy, the purpose of which is to provide the Buyer with information about the purpose for which the Seller obtains the Buyer's personal data, about data volumes and data processing terms, about data protection, as well as to inform the Buyer about his rights and obligations .

When processing personal data, the Seller complies with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation ), as well as other legislation in the field of privacy and personal data processing and protection.

Upon receiving the Buyer's request, the Seller will respond to it in accordance with the procedures established by law.

If, in the opinion of the Buyer, the Seller violates the Buyer's right to personal data protection, the Buyer has the right to submit a complaint to the State Data Inspectorate.
